iNGREDiENTS

* 2 cups hot espresso
* 1/4 cup simple syrup (equal amounts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves)
* 1/4 cup melted bittersweet chocolate
* 2 tablespoons caramel syrup
* 1/4 cup hazelnut-flavored liqueur (recommended: Frangelico)
* Ice cubes
* Whipped cream, for serving

DiRECTiONS

Stir together the espresso, simple syrup, melted chocolate, caramel syrup and hazelnut liqueur in a heat-proof pitcher. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.

Fill tall glasses with ice and fill 3/4 of the glass with coffee mixture and top off with whipped cream.

iNGREDiENTS !! :)

* DOUGH
* 1 package active dry yeast (about 2 teaspoons)
* 1 cup warm water
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* pinch salt


* TOPPINGS :)


* 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
* browned ground beef or Italian sausage, broken up
* 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
* thinly sliced green pepper and onions, optional
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 to 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese



PREPARATiON !! :)



Add yeast to the water and stir until dissolved. Add sugar, oil, flour, and salt. Set mixing bowl filled with dough in warm water for 5 minutes to rise. Pat dough out on a well-greased pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Layer toppings on dough in order listed. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.

Good day, everyone, to my entire classmate and to our teacher ma’am dawin. Ma’am dawin told us that we need to make a blog about our personal life “our autobiography” autobiography in tagalong “talambuhay “meaning to say this is all about me, I need to share the story of my life and all the things happen in me, I can say that this is too easy for me to make because this topic revolves in myself, but ma’am dawin also said that the minimum words that we need to do is 2000!!!!! O. M. G :) I wishing that I can achieve those 2000 words I am Sarah Jane Carriaga Escuadro, daughter of Mr. Simeon Arcilla Escuadro and Mrs. Josephine Carriaga Escuadro. We are living in Pantoc 2 Daan Sarile Cabanatuan City province of Nueva Ecija Region 3 Luzon Philippines Asia World Universe  ehehe  !! I am 18 years old going 19 years old this coming April 22. I have 3 brothers and 4 sisters their names are Jomon Carriaga Escuadro, the oldest Son of my parents he has 3 kids names are followed “Princess Diana Joy”, “Charlene May” and Donna May Escuadro. Presently they live in San Jose City Nueva Ecija They have a Business of Tailoring shop, followed by Joseph Carriaga Escuadro the 2nd Son of my parents he has 2 kids names are followed “Jaypee Rizal, Jenny Escuadro Presently they live in Munoz Nueva Ecija They have a Business of Tailoring shop, and my 3rd Brother is Jayson Carriaga Escuadro the 3rd Son of my parents he has 1 kid name are Joshua Jay Escuadro Presently they live in Bongabon and Rizal Nueva Ecija They have a Business of Tailoring shop, (ayaw namen ng Tailoring Shop noh?) Hehe    My Eldest sister is Simonette Escuadro Naganamine are Pregnant ( DADAMi NANAMAN PAMANGKiN KO HEHEH  I LOVE iT ..) next is Suzette Carriaga Escuadro she Graduate as a Nursing in Good Samaritan College And I Sarah Jane Carriaga Escuadro S.K of Daan Sarile Cabanatuan City 2nd year College in Asian Institute of E-commerce and lastly the youngest sister of mine is Sheila Joy Carriaga Escuadro  she’s 4th year High School now in Wesleyan University Philippines (W-UP ). I have a Step Sister in my Father Simeon her name is Cecille Escuadro... She has 4 kids names are followed, Philip, Anthony, and Hazel Escuadro. Alam ninyo ba ( alam kong hindi pa hehe) na naoperahan ako ng baby pa ko kase 3 yung kidney ko ( uy gifted hehe ) kaya lang yung isang bato ko nag dadala ng sakit kaya tinanggal hay na ko saying noh ? hehe ( DAMi NAMENG LAHi NOH ? HEHE) My Zodiac Sign is Taurus... (La Lang trip KO lang sabihin heheh)

MY LOVE STORY 
I already share my love story on my last blog, but I know that I also need to write it again coz this is also one of the best and important part of my life. The relation that I have w/ Mr. Van Emmanuel Moreno is already Long, for how many years that were together are so happy together, our relation get stronger and stronger than before, we invest love and trust to each other we all know that in and relation we can’t escape from misunderstanding that leads into cool off. Or eve break up but because we really love each other, we’ve always make a way to solve our problems that we have. My relation w/ Van Emmanuel is good and it has and blessings from he’s family. He’s family accept me for Van Emmanuel but in the side of my family there are some conflicts they didn’t like van Emmanuel for me, but I already said we love each other, no one can destroy the relationship that we build even if they’re my family. (Pwedi po bang mag tagalong Na Nose bled eh!) Kame po ng aking boyfriend Na si Van Emmanuel Malgapo Moreno ay marami ng napuntahan katulad ng Baguio, Bohol, enchanted kingdom, stone 8 at marami pang iba.. Nag Punta kame ni van Emmanuel ng Baguio kasama ang pinsan niyang si Drian Malgapo.. kame ni Van Emmanuel ay nag kayayaan lang na mag punta ng baguio at inabot kame ng two days sa pag iikot sa Baguio .. share ko lang to ah.. akalain ninyo nag taxi pa kame para maka punta ng s.m baguio pero nag salita yung boyfriend ko na c Van Emmanuel na mag hanap muna kame ng matutuluyan para maiwan yung dala naming gamit .. yung nasakyan naming taxi may alam daw siyang matutuluyan sa baguio 200 per head daw ???? per 1 night. Nakarating na kame sa tutuluyan .. ayos naman maganda pero mahina ang tubig napaka lamig pa ! O.M.G  sumakay kame ulet ng taxi papuntang S.M kumain nag libot kame at bigla naming naalala namen yung transient at di namen alam kung san na yung transient na pinag lagyan ng mga gamit namen sumakay kame ulet ng taxi nalibot na ata namen ang city ng baguio.. di namen makita yung transient na pinag lagyan namen ng gamit at mga damit.. umulan ng malakas sa baguio kaya nahirapan kameng mag hanap ng transient namen. Inabot na kame ng kulang isang oras ng nakita namen ang inupahan naming transient kaya bwiset bwiset kame .. pero napawi ang bwiset namen nung kinabukasan ng nag libot kame ng baguio sumakay kame ng kabayo, namili ng mga basalubong sa mga mahal namen sa buhay.. isang napaka laking bag as in napakalaking bag ang pinag lagyan namen ng pasalubong .. nainis nga ako nung papauwi na kame kase sa van kame sumakay at wala na daw byaheng bus pa pauwi .. imagine pinabayaran pa samen yung dala naming pasalubong ng 210 pesos.. kaya nung naka rating kame ng Cabanatuan hanggang sa amin na bwiset talaga ko .. kase naman napaka swapang ng driver! Napaka talaga ! hehe ! o hopz na to bwiset na ko eh hehe !
ME W/ MY FRIENDS ( HIGH SCHOOL )
Every person has a friend, a friend that can accept me, the one who can understand, my friends are my strength and they’re always encouraged me to do all the good things. My friends are always w/ me not only in the time of happiness they are always w/ me mostly in the time of sadness. When I feel that I have nothing their never leave me, I have a lot of friends, in high school I have met so many people and they become one of my friends, they are, Fhaye Carranza, Chelsea Dimaliwat, Kimberly Ocampo, AND MANY MORE HEHE  ( Kadami ko kaseng friends hehe  ) I faced so many problems but they are the one who makes me happy, forget and solved my problems I can say that they are my true friends we still have an communication even though we can’t be w/ each other thank for innovation we have, we have phone, and computers. My Loving and Caring Best friend is “ FHATTY MARTINES “ she live in Brgy Fatima Cabanatuan City, I’ve met her at Philippine Statesman College ( P.S.C) on firsts day of school.   
ME W/ MY FRIENDS ( COLLEGE )
I am studying in AIE- College and when I enrolled there is no one that I know. I am late and super late enrollees, so my classmates have their own group of friends. But thank god I’ve met MARISSA AND REALYN and there are also late enrollees, as the time past by they are the one always me on the next SEM I encountered other friends but because of problem in financial. They need to stop to go in school and Marissa who stayed w/ me in school, presently I have a new group of friends in school, and they are MARiSSA PANGiLiNAN, CHARiSSE ABELARDO, MYRNA DELA CRUZ, SHAREELYN GABRIEL, REALYN ENRiQUEZ, AND JOWiN GABRiEL     We have a lot of memories that I will treasure and I will never forget that our memories “BORACAY” in PANGASINAN” in “BOARDING HOUSE” and of course all the days that were together in school, the day of examination and quiz for how make a way to cheat w/ our other classmate, the time that we laugh too laud in school.
Hmmm today is TUESDAY March 23, 2010 this day would be one of the memories that I have w/ them. Everyone knows that I am Sangguniang Kabataan (S.K) Chairwoman in Daan Sarile (This is also the time that I plan to make my blog) we plan for palaro so I need to see our Barangay Captain Julian Tumangan. Because its Tuesday we have a class so I’m w/ friends, I aya my friends to go w/ me in Daan Sarile and they agree. My Sister ate Cecille are sundo sundo us in School. We go in a Barrer shop coz my Sister has her customer in rebounding so we stay there for a few minutes after there we go in the market coz Myrna need to buy a sandals for her sister, from the market we go in shop we also stay there for how many minutes to get some money from my pop or papa  . And again from shop we also had gone in YMCA in the house of my boyfriend Van Emmanuel. I soli soli the laptop of my boyfriend. Suddenly before we’ve reach the house of my boyfriend the bad things happen the tank the motorcycle that we’ve boarding got empty. That time we have no choice to push the motorcycle until we reach the house of my boyfriend we stop there for a while and again we need to go in the gas station but sad to say the location of the gas station was in crossing meaning to say we need to push the tricycle from YMCA to crossing but before we’ve reach the crossing there is one gas station but gosh they told us that they don’t have a gas, so meaning to say again we need to transfer in other gas station. We push again the motorcycle and when we are already in the gas station the pump attendant immediately filled up the tank. Because of that incident Myrna Dela Cruz decided that she can’t be w/ us to go in Daan Sarile. We hated tier in Bantog. We go in Daan Sarile w/ Charisse and my cousin Maureen Cagasan from piligan Daan Sarile Cabanatuan City we go in the house of our Barangay Captain Julian Tumangan from their in our Barangay Treasurer for signing and issuing of check when we are already in the house of the treasurer. He is not there so we need to wait again because we have relatives their sisters go in house of my auntie. But we can get our immediately coz bad things happy the husband of my auntie is dying and almost 7 pm he lose breath. But we need to finish the papers in palaro we go again in the house of the Barangay Captain Julian Tumangan and return again in the house of treasurer. It is already 7 pm Charisse is still w/ us and she is already afraid coz her mother will be angry. It is almost 8:30 pm when we reach the house of my classmate Charisse and I talk to her mother and I tell the reason for why we abot gabi    hmm in addition Charisse did not help us to push the motorcycle’s feel na feel niya ang pag sakay GRABE NA TO !! HEHE... we are laughing out loud that time and were also say coz everyone is looking us. They are also laughing so we’ve got shy.
College Life
I am taking the course of hotel and restaurant management or (H.R.M) in AIE College Cabanatuan City presently I am 2nd year student graduating. While studying we’ve took many seminar related in our course Hotel Restaurant Management, we took many seminar Boracay Aracellis restaurant we’ve also took the trining in pangasinan. I know and I believe that I can Grad this year and I will continue studying in N.E.U.S.T for bachelor.

I want to share the lesson that I’ve learned in the seminar that we’ve attend last week :D ..


The lesson that I get in that seminar is to be always positive, never give up in any that you want to have someday,,,

always live with god, ignore what other says about you coz they can be your destruction on achieving all of your dreams always put in your mind that you are the only one that can help for you to achieve all of your dreams,, and even if other will pull you down ignore them.


If you would always give your chance to pursue the struggle that you have always think positive coz god is always there for you to guide.
